AQUA® software

AQUAnalysis™ Software

Images acquired with AQUAsition software are used to localize and quantify various protein biomarker concentrations with unparalleled accuracy and reproducibility using AQUAnalysis software. The AQUAnalysis software uses proprietary algorithms to identify and localize cellular and sub-cellular (e.g. nucleus, cytoplasm, membrane) compartments of protein biomarkers. Areas of interest are flagged for operator review.

The AQUAnalysis software’s algorithms and compartmentalization combine to provide an AQUA score reflecting protein concentration in a molecularly defined area—true biomarker localization. Data is presented with significant data stratification, identifying subpopulations not seen with traditional IHC.

AQUAsition™ Software

Our digital imaging software allows the user to accurately identify and image individual tissue fields at multiple wavelengths in both tissue microarrays and whole tissue sections. Signal resolution rivals confocal microscopy while eliminating the visual subjectivity associated with conventional IHC.

AQUAServe™ software

AQUAServe™ software is a cloud-based server implementation of HistoRx’s flagship AQUAnalysis product. AQUAserve software uses AQUAnalysis proprietary algorithms operating on a remote server to identify and localize cellular and sub-cellular (e.g. nucleus, cytoplasm, membrane) compartments of protein biomarkers. The software’s algorithms and compartmentalization combine to provide an AQUA® score reflecting protein concentration in a molecularly defined area—true biomarker localization.  Data is presented with significant data stratification, identifying subpopulations not seen with traditional IHC.  Areas of interest are flagged for operator review with AQUAnalysis operating on a local workstation.

ScanScope® FL from Aperio

ScanScope FL from AperioAQUA analysis is now available for use with fluorescent images acquired by the Aperio ScanScope FL. The partnership between HistoRx and Aperio was designed to meet the growing demand for complex analysis of multiple fluorescent biomarkers. This system integrates state of the art software and hardware to provide superior image quality and data analysis/integrity.

PM-2000 from HistoRx

PM-2000 from HistoRxThe PM -2000 is a dedicated tissue microarray reader and microscopy-based multiplex imaging device that rapidly analyzes tissue microarray samples and individual tissue slices, generating a quantitative score representing protein expression in the sample while retaining the spatial relationships.
